- No. The authority checks the photograph and submission route. Missing or conflicting requirements are identified above; a passing file-size check is not a biometric certification.
- Do I still need a printed photo for a UK passport renewal?
- Not for the standard online renewal process, which accepts a digital upload only. Every purchase here still includes a printable 4x6" sheet in case you're applying by post or need a physical copy for another purpose.
