An independent service
About Photo & PDF Desk
Photo & PDF Desk is an independent service based in Switzerland. It was built to make the technical part of preparing application photos and PDFs clearer: check the result first, see every warning, and pay once only if you want the clean file.
No subscription business model
The checks and protected preview are free. A clean download is a single €3.49 payment through Stripe. There is no renewal mechanism.
Short-lived files
Files are processed temporarily on the server and deleted automatically after 15 minutes. They are not sold, used for advertising or retained to train AI models.
Claims you can verify
The site publishes its legal information, privacy policy, purchase terms and links to official document requirements. It also states where automated checks have limits.
