Digital delivery and refunds
Photo & PDF Desk prepares a digital file using the selected document profile and the settings shown before checkout. The protected preview lets you review the visible result before buying. Payment unlocks the clean, full-resolution file for immediate download.
Immediate digital delivery
Before checkout, you must expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the download begins. Purchases are normally final after the digital file has been downloaded, subject to applicable consumer law and these purchase terms.
What Photo & PDF Desk verifies
The result screen reports measurable file properties such as pixel dimensions, output format, file size, colour space and DPI. Face position, pose and background checks are automated estimates. Photo & PDF Desk does not guarantee acceptance by an issuing authority.
Problems with an order
If you were charged more than once, did not receive the purchased download, or the delivered file is unreadable, contact [email protected] and include the Stripe payment reference. Refund requests are handled under applicable law and these purchase terms.
File retention
Uploaded and generated working files are stored temporarily for processing and download, then deleted automatically after 15 minutes. Photo & PDF Desk does not retain a copy or a reusable hash of the photograph after that period.
Support messages
Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered to the Photo & PDF Desk support mailbox together with the reply email address you provide. They are separate from uploaded photos and documents and may be retained as reasonably needed to answer your request, prevent abuse and keep support records.
Optional feedback
After downloading, you may submit a rating, an optional nickname and an optional comment without providing an email address or real name. Feedback stays internal unless you expressly allow Photo & PDF Desk to publish it with the nickname you entered.
Photo & PDF Desk provides preparation and automated checks. It does not issue documents or control an authority's final acceptance decision. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
